You would think that as the guy who hosts this challenge every year I&#8217;d be a bit more prolific, but alas, for the second year in a row I have failed to paint the miniature sitting in the middle of my desk, mainly because I can&#8217;t remember the colors I used the first time around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, it looks like Y&#8217;Golonac is the only thing you&#8217;re getting from me this year. Luckily, there are some greatly talented individuals who also contributed, as you know. So, to my knowledge, here is the final list of contributors with links so you can drop by and show your support, as well as ooh and ahh over the submissions! (I&#8217;ll keep an eye out for any last-minute or even late submissions and add them to this list, never fear.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simon, from <a href=\"https:\/\/fantorical.blogspot.com\/\">Fantorical<\/a>, painted a Banderhobb and a Death Dog. I had no idea what a Banderhobb was, but it sure looks cool!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dave, from <a href=\"https:\/\/wargamesculptorsblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wargames Terrain Workshop<\/a>, painted a bunch of Gnarloc Riders, then two Star Wars monsters, a Lugga Beast and a Varactyl. Being Dave, he also sculpted a swamp monster which looks great and I&#8217;m guessing will be available for purchase in his shop <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roger, from <a href=\"https:\/\/rantingsfromunderthewargamestable.wordpress.com\/\">Rantings From Under the Wargames Table<\/a>, painted up a &#8220;Brute&#8221; miniature, as well as a cute baby owlbear. But then he painted Megalon and Mothra, two of Godzilla&#8217;s kaiju playmates, so he really brought the monsters this year!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom, from <a href=\"https:\/\/isitgoodground.blogspot.com\/\">Good Ground<\/a>, painted a terrifying thing he calls an &#8220;uber-ghoul&#8221;, but posted it to his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/the_goodground\">Instagram<\/a> accout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeremy, aka <a href=\"https:\/\/carrioncrowsbuffet.wordpress.com\/\">Carrion Crow<\/a>, painted a Cheese Golem, one of the coolest miniatures I&#8217;ve seen in a while!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tim, from <a href=\"https:\/\/thesafehole.blogspot.com\/\">The Safe Hole<\/a> painted a &#8220;Goliath Monstrosity&#8221; (and eldritch horror) and a Skeletal Dragon! Tim&#8217;s a newcomer to Monster May(hem) this year! Hope you&#8217;ll be back in 2027, Tim!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and finally, comin&#8217; out of the box with a surprise submission is Sabrina, aka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/uthwulfsminis\/\">Uthwulfsminis<\/a>, with a scratch-built &#8220;lump monster&#8221; sculpted using Play-Doh and potato eyes. You gotta see this thing! It&#8217;s gross!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to everyone for jumping in and getting your monster on! Monster May(hem) without contributors would just be May, after all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But tomorrow is June&#8230;and that means my favorite painting challenge of them all is nigh! Forgotten Heroes turns ten years old this year! I&#8217;ve been fortunate to take part in most of those (eight, I think), and if you want to join in, drop by <a href=\"https:\/\/carrioncrowsbuffet.wordpress.com\/\">Carrion Crow&#8217;s Buffet<\/a>, as he&#8217;s the guy who hosts it every year.
